Aluminum rigid coupling for stepper motor and its properties

A rigid coupling provides a solid connection between two shafts, high precision, but without the ability to absorb misalignment between the two shafts. It does not allow movement between the two shafts, so it cannot absorb vibrations. Consequently, both shafts must be perfectly aligned to ensure good performance. Otherwise, significant wear of bearings and seals will occur.

The clutch is made of aluminum and is blue. External dimensions: 14 x 25 mm.

Variations

There are several variations of the rigid coupling. You select them using the parameters in the upper right corner of the page:

• inner diameter of the axle opening on one side/inner diameter of the axle opening on the other side
