Cloudray Stepper Motor Driver DM542S is a professional digital driver developed with DSP advanced motion control algorithm. The driver enables silent operation of the stepper motor with little vibration and optimal torque, thus preventing overheating of the stepper motor. The function of automatic identification and configuration of parameters enables quick adjustment to the optimal operating modes of various motors. Unlike other DM542 stepper motor drivers, it allows a higher current of up to 5.0 A. It is suitable for stepper motors of dimensions Nema 17, Nema 23 and Nema 34 with less than 5.0 A phase current. The drive voltage is from 18VDC to 50VDC.

We can directly connect the 3.3 ~ 24V signal, which means that we do not need resistors on the signal wires. This allows for a very convenient connection to the PLC.
