Description
Introduction
The 24CS22C-400 is a two-phase Nema 24 bipolar stepper motor 2.2Nm with a step angle of 1.8° (200 steps/rev). Each phase draws 4.0A at 1.4V, giving a holding torque of 2.2Nm.
Advantages of 24CS22C-400 Nema 24 Stepper Motor
- high torque, high precision
- little vibration, reduced overheating
- quick response, better acceleration performance
- long life span
- high quality materials are used
- reliability
How to connect Nema 24 stepper motor 2.2Nm with driver?
24CS22C-400 stepper motor is driver compatible DM542S, DM556, DM860 and 36 In switching power supplies.
As shown in the wiring diagram, there are four wires viz. black, green, red and blue. The wires are connected to two different coils. Red and blue are connected to one coil and black and green to another. To rotate the motor, the coils are energized in a logical sequence.
