Rad sa kora\u010dnim motorima, kao i svako novo podru\u010dje s kojim se hvatamo i na kraju ga poku\u0161avamo osvojiti, po\u010dinje osnovnim pitanjima (\u0161to, kako, za\u0161to...), a zatim se nastavlja sa sve slo\u017eenijim. Kako bismo lak\u0161e prona\u0161li odgovore na naj\u010de\u0161\u0107a pitanja s kojima se svi prije ili kasnije susre\u0107emo, sakupili smo ih na jednom mjestu, u \u010dlanku pod naslovom Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107a pitanja o kora\u010dnim motorima, 1. dio. Pitanja i odgovori podijeljeni su u dva dijela. Prvi dio pokriva op\u0107enitija pitanja o kora\u010dnim motorima, dok drugi dio (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nkxmotor.si\/hr\/o-koracnim-motorima-opcenito\/najcesca-pitanja-o-koracnim-motorima-2-dio-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u010cesto postavljana pitanja o kora\u010dnim motorima, 2. dio<\/a>) temelji se na znanju i integraciji osnovnih principa rada kora\u010dnog motora iz 1. dijela.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"v-kaj-pomenijo-oznake-koracnega-motorja-nema-17-nema-23-nema-34\"><strong>1. \u0160to zna\u010de oznake kora\u010dnog motora Nema 17, Nema 23, Nema 34...?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>To nije naziv tvrtke koja proizvodi ove vrste kora\u010dnih motora, kako bi mnogi pogre\u0161no pomislili. Ameri\u010dko nacionalno udru\u017eenje proizvo\u0111a\u010da elektri\u010dne opreme (NEMA) standardizira razli\u010dite dimenzije, ozna\u010davanje i druge aspekte kora\u010dnih motora u NEMA standardu (NEMA ICS 16-2001). NEMA kora\u010dni motori definirani su veli\u010dinom prednje plo\u010de. NEMA 17 je kora\u010dni motor s prednjom plo\u010dom od 1,7 x 1,7 in\u010da (43 mm x 43 mm). Kada koristiti kora\u010dni motor umjesto istosmjernog motora?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Kora\u010dni motori poduzimaju korake na temelju pojedina\u010dnih impulsa, a svaki je korak pribli\u017eno iste veli\u010dine. Ovi impulsi omogu\u0107uju motoru da se okre\u0107e pod preciznim kutom (1,8\u00b0 ili manje kori\u0161tenjem mikrokoraka (pogledajte pitanje u nastavku)), \u0161to zauzvrat odr\u017eava precizan polo\u017eaj motora bez potrebe za mehanizmom povratne sprege.<br \/>Gdje se koriste kora\u010dni motori? Kora\u010dni motori se koriste u industrijskim i komercijalnim okru\u017eenjima. Oni su motor izbora za aplikacije kontrole kretanja koje zahtijevaju visoku preciznost. Popularni su zbog niske cijene, visoke pouzdanosti i velikog okretnog momenta pri malim brzinama. To su jednostavni, robusni motori koji mogu raditi u gotovo svakom okru\u017eenju.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pozicioniranje: 3D pisa\u010di, CNC strojevi, stolovi za XY pozicioniranje, pokretne trake na proizvodnim linijama, platforme za kamere, objektivi kamere\/kamera i neki diskovi zahtijevaju precizno pozicioniranje. Kora\u010dni motori savr\u0161eni su za to, budu\u0107i da se kre\u0107u u preciznim, ponovljivim koracima.<\/li>\n<li>Zakretni moment niske brzine. Maksimalni okretni moment kora\u010dnog motora uvijek je pri maloj brzini, \u0161to ga \u010dini izvrsnim izborom za primjene koje zahtijevaju malu brzinu bez \u017ertvovanja to\u010dnosti. Klasi\u010dni istosmjerni motori obi\u010dno ne nude kombinaciju male brzine, visokog momenta i visoke preciznosti.<\/li>\n<li>Kontrolirana brzina. Kako biramo odgovaraju\u0107i kora\u010dni motor?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Prije svega potrebno je znati koliki moment nam je potreban pri odre\u0111enoj brzini vrtnje kora\u010dnog motora. Nakon \u0161to imamo te informacije, kora\u010dni motor odabiremo na temelju dva parametra:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>momenta dr\u017eanja kora\u010dnog motora (mo\u017ee se prona\u0107i u specifikacijama pod &quot;moment zadr\u017eavanja&quot;) i<\/li>\n<li>krivulje brzina-moment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Vrijednost momenta dr\u017eanja kao mjere performansi kora\u010dnog motora mora se uzeti s rezervom, budu\u0107i da moment dr\u017eanja predstavlja moment koji motor proizvodi u mirovanju. Kako se kora\u010dni motor po\u010dinje okretati, njegov moment opada. Preporu\u010dujem da udvostru\u010dimo (sigurnosni faktor 100%) potrebni okretni moment pri odre\u0111enoj brzini, a zatim odaberemo kombinaciju motor\/pogon\/napajanje koja mo\u017ee osigurati taj okretni moment (tj. ako trebamo 1,0 Nm okretnog momenta pri danoj brzini, upotrijebimo motor koji proizvodi 2,0 Nm pri ovoj brzini).<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"v-zakaj-je-velikost-motorja-pomembna-zakaj-ne-moremo-uporabiti-zgolj-vecji-koracni-motor\"><strong>4. Za\u0161to je veli\u010dina motora bitna, za\u0161to jednostavno ne mo\u017eemo koristiti ve\u0107i kora\u010dni motor?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Ako je tromost rotora motora ve\u0107ina inercije sustava, sve rezonancije postaju izra\u017eenije (pogledajte pitanje o odnosu inercije motora i optere\u0107enja u sljede\u0107em postu). U isto vrijeme, ve\u0107em kora\u010dnom motoru treba vi\u0161e vremena da ubrza rotor koji ima ve\u0107u inerciju do \u017eeljene brzine. Kako upravljamo kora\u010dnim motorom?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Sustav kora\u010dnog motora sastoji se od kora\u010dnog motora, pokreta\u010da kora\u010dnog motora i kontrolera. Kora\u010dni motori se okre\u0107u na temelju niza impulsa koje generira upravlja\u010d. U na\u010dinu punog koraka obi\u010dno postoji 200 koraka (ili 1,8 stupnjeva po koraku) za svaki okret od 360 stupnjeva, a svaki impuls pomi\u010de motor za jedan korak. Ako trebamo ve\u0107u preciznost od 1,8 stupnjeva i kako bismo izbjegli rezonanciju koja je \u010de\u0161\u0107a u ovom na\u010dinu rada, full step na\u010din nije pravi izbor. Zbog toga obi\u010dno odabiremo na\u010dine rada s pola koraka, \u010detvrt koraka\u2026 koji rade na 400, 800 ili do 50 000 koraka po okretaju. Regulator je spojen na upravlja\u010dki program kora\u010dnog motora, koji zatim regulira struju kroz zavojnice kora\u010dnog motora sinkrono s ulaznim impulsima regulatora. Je li sigurno koristiti istosmjerni napon vi\u0161i od nazivnog napona kora\u010dnog motora?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Me\u0111u osnovnim specifikacijama bilo kojeg kora\u010dnog motora su nazivna struja, otpor namota, zakretni moment i nazivni napon. Protok je ovdje va\u017ean. Proizvedeni moment proporcionalan je struji kroz namot. Nazivna struja je struja koja proizvodi nazivni moment kora\u010dnog motora. Nazivni napon lako se izra\u010dunava pomo\u0107u Ohmovog zakona iz nazivne struje i otpora namota.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:image --><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wikimedia.org\/api\/rest_v1\/media\/math\/render\/svg\/49c516919d2cbaaf0bcbdbadf6ef2944afc1d5a3\" alt=\"{V}={I}{R}.\\ \" \/><\/figure>\n<p><!-- \/wp:image --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>To je napon koji \u0107e protjerati nazivnu struju kroz namot motora u stanju ravnote\u017ee (ako npr. spojimo nazivni napon izravno na zavojnicu i pri\u010dekamo da se struja stabilizira). Stvarna situacija u kora\u010dnom motoru ne predstavlja uvijek stanje ravnote\u017ee, jer se struja brzo mijenja. Induktivitet namota motora sprje\u010dava brze promjene struje, kojoj je potrebno vrijeme da poraste na vrijednost nazivne struje. \u0160to je ovo vrijeme dulje, to je ni\u017ei primijenjeni napon. Stoga, da bi se postigle velike brzine vrtnje i istovremeno dovoljan okretni moment, koristimo napon koji je nekoliko puta ve\u0107i od nazivnog napona kora\u010dnog motora.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Primjer: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nkxmotor.si\/hr\/shop\/koracni-motori-2\/nema23\/nema-23-bipolarni-koracni-motor-2-8nm-4-2a-kopija-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nema motor od 23 koraka<\/a>, 2,8 Nm okretnog momenta, nazivni napon 3,78 V, nazivna struja 4,2 A, fazni otpor 0,9 \u03a9 normalno spojen na 36 V napajanje. Koristili smo napon gotovo 10 puta ve\u0107i od nazivnog napona.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"v-kaj-so-mikro-koraki-microstepping\"><strong>7. \u0160to su microstepping?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Tipi\u010dni kora\u010dni motor napravi 200 koraka u jednom okretaju od 360 stupnjeva (veli\u010dina koraka je 1,8 stupnjeva). U punom koraku, kora\u010dni motor \u0107e tako napraviti jedan puni okretaj za 200 ulaznih impulsa iz upravlja\u010da. U tom \u0107e slu\u010daju rotacija motora biti vrlo &quot;klempava&quot; i prili\u010dno glasna zbog rezonancije, osobito pri malim brzinama.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Regulacijom struje kroz zavojnice kora\u010dnog motora, driver omogu\u0107uje da se jedan korak od 1,8 stupnjeva podijeli na 2, 4, 8, 16, 32,... jednaka, mala mikrokoraka. To zna\u010di da pri odabiru 1\/32 mikrokoraka, najmanji korak koji kora\u010dni motor mo\u017ee napraviti je 0,056 stupnjeva.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"v-kako-napajanje-vpliva-na-najvecjo-hitrost-motorja\"><strong>8. Kako napajanje utje\u010de na maksimalnu brzinu motora?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Svaki motor djeluje kao generator kada se okre\u0107e, \u0161alju\u0107i napon natrag u pokreta\u010d. To se naziva &quot;elektromotorna sila&quot; ili povratni EMF napon. Veli\u010dina proizvedenog EMF-a raste proporcionalno s brzinom i induktivitetom motora. Ovaj povratni EMF pove\u0107ava impedanciju\/efektivni otpor namota. Budu\u0107i da Ohmov zakon i dalje vrijedi, to smanjuje efektivnu struju koja te\u010de kroz namot pri danom naponu na po\u010detku svakog koraka (I=U\/R; struja=napon\/otpor). U teoriji, kada se povratni EMF izjedna\u010di s naponom pokreta\u010da, motor se zaustavlja. Na temelju toga vidimo da ako pove\u0107amo napon napajanja, mo\u017eemo posti\u0107i ve\u0107e brzine. Me\u0111utim, vi\u0161i napon mo\u017ee uzrokovati ja\u010de vibriranje motora pri ni\u017eoj brzini, a tako\u0111er mo\u017ee uzrokovati isklju\u010divanje za\u0161tite od prenapona na pokreta\u010du ili \u010dak o\u0161te\u0107enje pogona. Stoga se predla\u017ee odabir napona napajanja koji je dovoljno visok za namjeravanu primjenu.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"v-koliko-koracnih-motorjev-lahko-poganjamo-z-enim-gonilnikom\"><strong>9. Koliko se kora\u010dnih motora mo\u017ee pokretati jednim pogonom?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Ve\u0107ina standardnih pokreta\u010dkih programa dizajnirana je za pogon jednog kora\u010dnog motora. U teoriji, mo\u017eemo spojiti vi\u0161e od jednog kora\u010dnog motora na jedan driver, ali to se nikako ne preporu\u010duje. U ovom slu\u010daju, najbolje je spojiti namote nekoliko motora u seriju, \u0161to \u0107e prirodno ograni\u010diti najve\u0107u mogu\u0107u brzinu. Koja je sigurna radna temperatura kora\u010dnog motora?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Ve\u0107ina kora\u010dnih motora ima izolaciju klase B, koja je ocijenjena na 130 \u00b0C. Normalno je da temperature kora\u010dnog motora dosegnu 70\u00b0, 80\u00b0 ili \u010dak 90\u00b0C. Iako je motor prevru\u0107 da bi se mogao dodirivati na ovim temperaturama, sam motor je neo\u0161te\u0107en. Me\u0111utim, unato\u010d ovim \u010dinjenicama, preporu\u010dljivo je osigurati da njegova temperatura bude \u0161to je mogu\u0107e ni\u017ea kako bi se \u0161to vi\u0161e produ\u017eio \u017eivotni vijek kora\u010dnog motora. Kada motor miruje ili samo dr\u017ei svoj polo\u017eaj, potrebno mu je mnogo manje okretnog momenta. Ovo je pravi trenutak za smanjenje struje motora. Mnogi upravlja\u010dki programi kora\u010dnih motora dopu\u0161taju smanjenje struje mirovanja na 50 % postavljene struje.
