Kolika je rezonancija kora\u010dnog motora?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Kora\u010dni motori su jedinstveni me\u0111u elektromotorima jer se kre\u0107u u nizu diskretnih koraka (otuda i njihov naziv), a ne u neprekidnom kretanju. Na svakom koraku dolazi do malih vibracija zbog inercije pokretnog rotora, koji neznatno prema\u0161uje (ili u nekim slu\u010dajevima ne dosegne) polo\u017eaj stepenice na svakom koraku, a zatim oscilira dok se ne stabilizira u ispravnom polo\u017eaju koraka. Rezonancija se javlja samo ako frekvencija tih oscilacija odgovara prirodnoj frekvenciji motora. Zatim se \u010duje buka, vibracije, izgubljeni koraci, zaustavljanje ili \u010dak okretanje motora u suprotnom smjeru. Kako bismo ubla\u017eili ili potpuno otklonili rezonanciju, poma\u017eemo si na razne na\u010dine:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Ubrzanje kroz rezonantni raspon<\/strong><\/h5>\nRezonancija je problemati\u010dna samo na prirodnoj frekvenciji kora\u010dnog motora. To zna\u010di da se pojavljuje samo u odre\u0111enom rasponu brzina. To se obi\u010dno doga\u0111a pri 100-200 impulsa u sekundi u punom koraku i tako\u0111er pri ve\u0107im brzinama. Ako se va\u0161 motor vrti brzinom manjom ili vi\u0161om od rezonantne brzine, mo\u017eda uop\u0107e ne\u0107ete primijetiti samu rezonanciju, \u010dak i ako pro\u0111ete kroz rezonantnu brzinu prilikom ubrzavanja motora. Razlog je taj \u0161to je potrebno vrijeme da se stvori rezonancija. Problem nastaje ako ostanete u rezonantnom rasponu nekoliko sekundi. Budu\u0107i da se problem rezonancije javlja samo pri odre\u0111enim brzinama, mo\u017ee se izbje\u0107i ubrzavanjem kroz podru\u010dje rezonancije.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Kori\u0161tenje mikrokoraka<\/strong><\/h5>\nSmanjenje veli\u010dine koraka kora\u010dnog motora naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i je na\u010din prigu\u0161ivanja efekta rezonancije. Metodom mikrokoraka svaki korak dijelimo na 2, 4, 8, 16 i vi\u0161e mikrokoraka. S manjim veli\u010dinama koraka, pove\u0107anje i smanjenje struje u svakom namotu je postupnije, \u0161to dovodi do manjih razlika u momentu izme\u0111u pojedina\u010dnih koraka. To zna\u010di da je prekora\u010denje polo\u017eaja svake stepenice manje ekstremno, vrijeme osciliranja je kra\u0107e, a vibracije i buka uvelike smanjeni.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Promjena inercije rotora<\/strong><\/h5>\nFrekvencija rezonancije kora\u010dnog motora proporcionalna je krutosti momenta motora i obrnuto proporcionalna njegovoj inerciji. Rezonantna frekvencija se mo\u017ee promijeniti promjenom barem jednog od ovih parametara.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:image --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:image --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Ugradnja mehani\u010dkog amortizera<\/strong><\/h5>\nMehani\u010dki prigu\u0161iva\u010d na osovini motora mo\u017ee dodati dodatnu inerciju osovini i pomo\u0107i u apsorpciji vibracija i osigurati stabilan u\u010dinak prigu\u0161enja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Promjena sistemske inercije<\/strong><\/h5>\nAko je motor optere\u0107en, sli\u010dno mehani\u010dkom prigu\u0161iva\u010du, tromost rotora \u0107e biti puno ve\u0107a, a oscilacije \u0107e biti zna\u010dajno smanjene.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Kori\u0161tenje mjenja\u010da<\/strong><\/h5>\nDok se mjenja\u010di obi\u010dno koriste za pove\u0107anje okretnog momenta motora, dodavanje mjenja\u010da tako\u0111er zna\u010di da \u0107e motor morati raditi ve\u0107om brzinom - \u010desto izvan svog rezonantnog raspona.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Smanjenje struje<\/strong><\/h5>\nMotor \u0107e generirati manji moment pri ni\u017eim ulaznim strujama. Kao rezultat, proizvodit \u0107e se manje energije za pomicanje rotora (tj. ni\u017ei d\u03c4 \/ d\u03b8, krutost momenta). Mnoge aplikacije gdje je potrebna mala brzina radit \u0107e glatko. Kada koristite ovu tehniku, pobrinite se da imate dovoljnu rezervu zakretnog momenta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Pove\u0107anje induktivnosti zavojnica<\/strong><\/h5>\nRezonancija kora\u010dnog motora inducira izmjeni\u010dnu struju u namotu motora, a izmjeni\u010dna struja ometa istosmjernu struju koja te\u010de kroz namot. Pove\u0107anjem induktiviteta, namot motora mo\u017ee sprije\u010diti rezonanciju ili je pomaknuti na ni\u017ee frekvencije.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Pove\u0107anje broja faza<\/strong><\/h5>\nVi\u0161efazni motor imat \u0107e manji korak, sli\u010dno mikrokorak funkciji. Ve\u0107a rezolucija koraka zahtijeva manje energije za rotaciju rotora, tako da postoji manje prekora\u010denja koraka nego \u0161to je gore opisano.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"v-kaksno-je-priporocljivo-razmerje-med-vztrajnostjo-motorja-in-bremena\"><strong>2. Koji je preporu\u010deni omjer izme\u0111u inercije motora i optere\u0107enja?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Ovisi o ubrzanju koje o\u010dekujete od sustava. Za kora\u010dne motore najbolje je odabrati omjer inercije optere\u0107enja i motora od oko 1:1 za dobro ubrzanje. Kori\u0161tenje reduktora je dobra opcija za smanjenje neuskla\u0111enosti omjera inercije, budu\u0107i da glava zup\u010danika smanjuje inerciju optere\u0107enja za kvadrat prijenosnog omjera.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Pove\u0107anje omjera inercije optere\u0107enja i motora, osobito kada je iznad 10, dovodi do ne\u017eeljenog zvonjenja i vibracija pri usporavanju na kraju rotacije. Razlog je taj \u0161to \u0161to je ve\u0107a inercija tereta, to je ve\u0107i vi\u0161ak idealnog polo\u017eaja svake stepenice (vi\u0161e o tome gore), \u0161to dovodi do ve\u0107ih oscilacija naprijed-natrag oko kona\u010dnog polo\u017eaja svake stepenice.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Na ovom mjestu treba spomenuti jo\u0161 jednu stvar. Osovina motora obi\u010dno treba biti spojena na osovinu optere\u0107enja nekom vrstom spojnice. Spojka koja ima visoku torzijsku fleksibilnost ili djeluje kao opruga mo\u017ee uzrokovati probleme sa zvonjavom, \u010dak i ako je omjer inercije 1:1, jer se energija prikupljena u torziji osloba\u0111a tijekom usporavanja i uzrokuje prekora\u010denje idealnog polo\u017eaja svake stepenice. Stoga je, osim odgovaraju\u0107eg omjera tromosti optere\u0107enja i motora, vrlo va\u017ean i odabir odgovaraju\u0107e spojke.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"v-kako-zmanjsati-zvonjenje-na-koncu-vrtenja\"><strong>3. Kako smanjiti zvonjenje na kraju rotacije?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Zvonjenje je ne\u017eeljeno pomicanje rotora naprijed-natrag dok je motor zaustavljen. Trenje u sustavu, br\u017ee usporavanje \/ ubrzanje su metode koje poma\u017eu ubla\u017eiti zvonjenje. Tako\u0111er imajte na umu ispravan odnos izme\u0111u inercije motora i optere\u0107enja kao \u0161to je gore opisano.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"v-zakaj-se-koracni-motor-ustavi-med-preizkusom-brez-obremenitve-ob-mocnih-vibracijah-in-ropotanju\"><strong>4. Za\u0161to se kora\u010dni motor zaustavlja tijekom testa bez optere\u0107enja uz jake vibracije i tutnjavu?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Za pravilno ubrzanje motoru je potrebno optere\u0107enje s inercijom pribli\u017eno jednakom njegovoj inerciji (vidi odgovor iznad).
