Prilikom planiranja kasnije se susre\u0107emo s pitanjem kako \u0107emo upravljati na\u0161im CNC strojem. Za upravljanje moramo odabrati i odgovaraju\u0107i softver i kontroler koji je s njim kompatibilan. Dostupna su mnoga razli\u010dita rje\u0161enja, od jednostavnih do slo\u017eenijih i od jeftinijih do skupljih. Na kraju, trebamo odabrati onaj koji \u0107e osigurati da na\u0161 CNC stroj i ostali ure\u0111aji povezani s njim imaju sve zna\u010dajke koje o\u010dekujemo i trebaju. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ovom \u010dlanku predstavit \u0107emo kako jednostavno uspostaviti upravljanje CNC strojem pomo\u0107u kontrolera <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nkxmotor.si\/hr\/shop\/krmilnik\/cnc-krmilnik-gibanja\/nvem-v2-1-mach3-krmilnik-gibanja-motion-controller-ethernet-cnc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Novi NVEM V2<\/a>. Ovaj kontroler je napravljen za kori\u0161tenje sa Mach3 softverom, koji je popularan i me\u0111u industrijskim i CNC entuzijastima. Zbog svoje pouzdanosti i relativno niske cijene, Novusun NVEM V2 nudi povoljan omjer kvalitete i cijene. NVEM V2 kontroler mo\u017ee kontrolirati 3\/4\/5\/6 kora\u010dne motore ili servo motore. Ima 12 ulaza, 10 opti\u010dki izoliranih izlaza i omogu\u0107uje PWM ili analogni izlaz od 0 ~ 10 V. Povezuje se s ra\u010dunalom putem Ethernet su\u010delja, bilo izravno ili putem usmjeriva\u010da. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ovom \u010dlanku koristit \u0107emo Windows 10. U stupcu Omogu\u0107eno odaberite osi koje \u017eelite koristiti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelite promijeniti smjer vrtnje svakog kora\u010dnog motora, promijenite vrijednost u stupcu Dir LowActive za svaki motor, od kri\u017enog do kuka ili obrnuto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.koracnimotor.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/image-11.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1475\" style=\"width:594px;height:351px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sada moramo postaviti maksimalno dopu\u0161tene vrijednosti brzine i ubrzanja svake osi CNC stroja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na kartici Config \u2192 Motor tuning, postavite sljede\u0107e vrijednosti za svaku os zasebno:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Koraci po: ovo polje predstavlja broj koraka koje kora\u010dni motor mora poduzeti da pomakne os za 1 mm. Formula je sljede\u0107a: <strong>Koraci po = A * x \/ m<\/strong>; A = broj punih koraka kora\u010dnog motora u 1 okretaju (obi\u010dno 200); x = mikrokorak voza\u010da; m = korak vretena s navojem ili za koliko mm se pomi\u010de os pri 1 okretaju kora\u010dnog motora. Optospojnici u NVEM V2 kontroleru imaju oznaku EL3H7. U njihovoj specifikaciji mo\u017eemo vidjeti da se izme\u0111u pojedina\u010dnog izlaza (OUT3, OUT4, OUT5,\u2026) i GND1 mo\u017ee primijeniti maksimalni napon od 80V i maksimalna struja od 50mA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ova struja obi\u010dno nije dovoljno velika da njome izravno otvorimo relej, pa moramo odabrati drugi put. Relej se mora napajati izravno iz napajanja, a put signala mora se usmjeriti preko optospojnice kontrolera. Odaberite relejni modul koji ima 3 igle na jednoj strani, DC + i DC- (GND) za napajanje i IN za signal. Relej mora biti tipa \u201ctrigger low\u201d, \u0161to zna\u010di da \u0107e se aktivirati kada se 0V dovede na IN pin. Tako\u0111er je va\u017eno odabrati modul koji je prikladan za napon kojim ga \u017eelimo otvoriti. Nije potrebno koristiti to\u010dno 10 kOhm, mo\u017eemo koristiti bilo koju vrijednost izme\u0111u nekoliko kOhm i 10 kOhm.
