The following terms and conditions apply to all products you have purchased from us.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Goods refers to products sold in the online store.
• Orders relate to your request to purchase goods from us.
• Service refers to the Website.

• You represents an individual (who accesses or uses the Service), a company or other entity on whose behalf this individual accesses or uses the Service.

The right to cancel an order

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement. You can notify us of your decision as follows:

Once we have been notified of your intention to return your order, you will have 14 days to return the product to us from the date you notified us of your order cancellation.

Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We'll use the same payment method you used for your order and you won't have to pay any fees for this refund.

Refund terms

In order for goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure of the following:

• The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
• The goods are in the original packaging
• The goods have not been used or damaged
• You have an invoice or proof of purchase

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Delivery of goods according to your specifications.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to return goods that do not meet the above return conditions.

Refunds are only possible for goods that were not on sale. Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund the purchase price for goods on sale. This exclusion may not apply to You unless permitted by applicable law.

Return of goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning the goods. You must send the goods to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods that have been damaged or lost in the return shipment. That's why we recommend an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot refund the purchase price without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of return mail.

Presents

To be eligible for a refund, gifts must meet the return conditions detailed above. If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After receiving the returned product, we will send you a gift certificate.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the order was sent to the gift giver himself for later delivery, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
