OMCH's LJ12A3-4-Z/CY PNP 6-36VDC NO/NC Inductive Proximity Sensor can detect metal objects without physical contact when they come within 4mm of the sensor.

The sensor can be used in NO (normal open) or NC (normal close) configuration. The sensor has 4 wires (the meaning of the colors is described in the table below). The length of the wires is 1.2 m.
